Georgia has special relations with its three neighboring countries-Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey-and strengthening these ties plays an important role in the development of the country's connectivity and transit functions. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze made this statement during the Imedi LIVE program.

According to the Georgian Prime Minister, the large-scale investments being made in infrastructure will contribute to the further development of the country's transit role.

"These are very large-scale investments in infrastructure, and all of this will contribute to the further development of our country's transit function. At the same time, we are deepening our relations with the relevant countries-those in our region and our neighboring states. We have exceptional relations with our three neighboring countries-Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey-and all of this plays a key role precisely from the perspective of connectivity and transit functions," Kobakhidze said.
